  🔥 >What are Shares ? 

        Shares are units of equity ownership interest  in any of the organization or company. Shares   are opened or a company to raise a huge capital through the citizens of any particular area. Each unit of shares are called as share.  Actually, Share  can also be said as  financial asset.



       Investors who hold shares of any company are known as shareholders. If we apply for a share of any of the company then if  fortunately, we get the share of a particular company then the value raise of that company will raise our share value.

There are two types of share market where you can trade shares:                                                 
1.The primary market 
2.The secondary market
     



         Starting of primary market it is also called as (Initial public offering).In this market we can apply for share but we can't sell it .To sell the shares for other people we have to go to the secondary market. About, primary market  we can invest low amount. 
   
      Secondary market is board because we have to invest a huge investment in it. As, we have to invest more capital in it comparison to primary market. There is a high chance of risk than primary market in it.
