How To Live the Life you Always Wanted ? RESET YOUR LIFE IF YOU ARE SUFFERING / HABITS / TASKS / EXECUTION

 I will start with myself, I am the guy who has changed the way of living like not buying materialistic stuff but the way I always wanted to live. 

My name is Hansel and here is my story :

When I was studying in my grade seven I started to play games in a very psycho manner, I didn't need to eat food I went completely black from all that and I started to play games consciously for hours till my grade 9 and my parents used to scold me but I wasn't listening to them. 

 I have an addiction to playing games that was the only addiction I had in my life then, gradually it slowed down because of my Examination in middle school. I quit games and started to focus on productivity and hacks and I started to have the ability to understand things

are some good things I have started to execute in my life.

Moreover, when I started to read in my collage I drastically changed the way I live and do things because I have a new set of routines that I started to follow for myself not only that, but I have that different thinking that I find most people don't have. That's why I feel like I wasn't able to assimilate or align with their thoughts. then, in my collage time, I just start 

learn new things 

Talk  to people 

podcasts

Journaling 

exploring 

Health-conscious 

I am health aware because I dramatically decreased my sugar intake at that time because of the cons it carries. However, I didn't completely quit it but decreased its intake.

that was when I started to communicate with people more and more. 

After that, I read a book named Atomic Habits about Two years ago today and I got very useful insights from that. I started to read books 

such as RDPD, Atomic Habits, Think and Grow Rich, and many more at that time 

and because of that I am still sticking to that habits I later found out that I was making a system for myself that makes me a robot to do certain tasks in time and not be distracted by any other kind of stuff.

see how it works when you start to follow a daily routine first you feel very uncomfortable because you are not used to it but when you start to adapt to it you find out that is incredible for you.


 why do most of us fail when making a system or following a routine? 

the most common thing is 

NO Accountability towards work.

No Tracking of Progress

 No evidence 

No instance  results 

 There are many reasons for that but the most common is taking no responsibility we tend to think that no one is watching us and we start to make excuses to run away from the task which takes patience and hard initially. We need to be consistence if we need to develop the habits. 

I am saying this again habits are the key factor to succeed.

what is your purpose for doing things that you daily do? 

GOALS and SYSTEM are different.

I used to think that goals are important in life but I was wrong it was actually a system.  The system is very crucial for someone to make little change in life and eventually outweighs all the addiction and bad habits that you carry. 

System > Goals 


Having Goals in life makes you monotonous and it doesn't help you towards growth 

let me give you a thought exercise 

If your goal is to be a Doctor then obviously you start to work hard to achieve that goal but you will never find that inner motivation needed for that. When you see your Goal which is a DOCTOR 

      then you will sacred because you wo have have that path to be in that position you will lost in that journey to be a doctor and there are few people who succeed in life rely on Goals.

 you gotta work intentionally in a different manner to achieve. 

You have to make a stepwise procedure and a ladder for that. 

, while if you have a system there you will never feel the same way you used to feel because it's totally a different scenario when you are under a System where you are consistent, then you completely feel different.  you will wake up in a given time perform a task eat a healthy diet and you wont get distracted which eventually uplift you. 

working under a system is like doing your work which is gradually pushing you towards your final goal, If you don't even know that you are doing thigs for your goal you will eventually be a great human being and reach there in your dream Goal.
