"Embracing Work as a Path to Learning, Not Just Money”

Most people on the planet want to earn more but they do want to go down the path of learning. that’s like they want to go to paradise but not wanting to die.

As we all know essential Learning in our life. Once you start to learn more and more and start getting experience in a particular subject. That will used to the things.

Growing up when I think about adults working, I realize adults are always rushing to get to work, to prioritize work, and to be at work but they never seem to be happy or excited about it. If work is something that you will spend most of your life doing, shouldn’t it be something that you enjoy doing and that excites you, and that you look forward to doing?

Life span

If you think about it, the first 20 years of your life are being a child, having friends, growing up, going to school, college, etc.

In the next 40 years, you will be spending it working and contributing to the economy and society. And the remaining 20–30 years you will retire and enjoy your retirement according to the average lifespan of a person.

So if the majority of our time is spent from our 20s to our 60s working, would it not make sense to do work that you enjoy and is fulfilling?

This helped me reflect and think about the work I am doing and how I can be living the best version of my life.

When I read Kiyosaki’s book on Rich Dad Poor Dad I learned something that was truly eye-opening for me and I know it will for you too.

In Kiyosaki’s book “Rich Dad Poor Dad” he mentions that we should work to learn, don’t work for the money.

Work to learn

Kiyosaki gives this story during an interview in his book that illustrates this perfectly. I’ll summarize it below:

gives this story during an interview in his book that illustrates this perfectly. I’ll summarise it below:

  • During his time in Singapore, he met a female reporter interviewing him as the best-selling author, as Kiyosaki was speaking at an event.
  • During their conversation, she relayed her aspirations of being like Kiyosaki and although she had an impressive writing style as Kiyosaki would agree, her work seems to go nowhere.
  • Kiyosaki suggests that she take up sales training.

This is the point where we should start to analyze the things. See, the main point here noticing is that The very Wealthy people tend tohave the habit of speaking an whenever they speak out with normal people they spit out some amazing insights as Kiyosaki did. which the lady ignored or got offended

but worth noticing point is that marketing and sales are the most important skills you should learn in life from a very young age as they will eventually you to the road of a Millionaire.

I myself have found out that in the book of rich dad Por Dad he had already mentioned about the skill

Dale Carnegie

Carnegie believed that influence began with relationships and that to engage someone, you need to make them feel important. His sales secret to success was to show genuine interest in people, ask questions, remember names, and avoid flattery.

Mark Cuban :

Throughout his career, Cuban has said he’s always fallen back on what he considers the first rule of sales: “Selling isn’t about convincing, it’s about helping,” he said in a TikTok interview last year. “When you understand what people need and want, you put yourself in a position to help them,” said Cuban.

Thanks all

PHILOSOPHY OF HAPPINESS

“Happiness is the state when nothing is missing. I don’t think that happiness is something that you can buy or get from something it’s your inner self ingrained into yourself. People who live in the mountain and knows nothing are also happy and at the same time, very wealthy people also know everything isn’t happy in their lives happiness is the motto of everyone. if you buy an expensive house then the main purpose of buying that house is satisfaction desire and happiness and if we aren’t happy then What’s the point of being that rich? let’s break down the HAPPINESS myth and reality with the help of philosophy a born baby is the happiest human being in the world as the child has no responsibility and no opinion from other. what I realize is that the reason the child is very happy when they are very young is that they are not affected by people’s opinions and people’s judgment slowly as we get older we get to know more about society and we get into that trap of materlisit9ics and things...

People Aren’t Thinking About You the Way You Are Thinking About You

There is a term in social psychology called the  ‘spotlight effect  which refers to our tendency to overestimate how much other people think about us or notice us. The reality is that everyone is so concerned about their own problems/life that they rarely, if ever, spend much time thinking about ours. How many times have you shrunk yourself because you fear being judged or criticized? I have a folder in my laptop where I keep encouraging and uplifting messages for myself. They keep me grounded and focused. I wanted to share one I come back to often because it’s relevant:  Don’t let others stand in the way of your success. There will be many people who will decide you can’t do something. These people are everywhere, and they may feel impactful in the present moment, but they will not matter soon enough as you progress in your journey. This is your life so stop letting other people decide it for you. A lot of us tend to play it safe because we fear failing or being r...
